Five layers of customization. Pick what you need, leave the rest as our default neutral spec. 500-unit MOQ on full custom.
Most factories make you pick between cheap-and-standard or expensive-and-custom. We don't. Every Xiaohan SKU ships in two flavors — neutral (our default spec, 300-unit MOQ) or fully customized (your color, logo, material, carton, and manual, 500-unit MOQ).
Custom Color
Pantone-matched plastic shell tinting. Stainless steel finish options (mirror, brushed, matte). No surcharge for standard colors; small mold-cleaning fee for off-spec colors.
Custom Logo
Laser-engraved on stainless steel. Pad-printed or embossed on plastic. Foil-stamped on carton. Printed insert in the manual. Multi-position logo placement supported.
Custom Material
201 or 304 stainless steel grade. ABS or food-grade plastic. 15 / 20 / 30 cm bowl depth options. Different material grades affect MOQ and price — we'll quote both.
Custom Carton
Your design, your barcode, your dimensions. FBA-ready dimensions confirmed before mass production. FSC kraft paper available for EU retailers with sustainability requirements.
Custom Manual
Multi-language printed inserts (EN/DE/FR/ES/JP). QR code links to your YouTube setup guide. Foldable A5 or single-sheet A4 formats.
Custom Mold
Have a unique design? We do new-mold projects from sketches or 3D files. Typical mold cost $3,000-12,000 depending on complexity. Mold IP belongs to you after production runs.
