What we do in-house
Most Chinese pet-products factories assemble parts they buy from sub-suppliers. We make our own parts. That's why we can move fast on customization and why our defect rates are unusually low for the category.
Mold workshop
We design and cut our own plastic molds for the smart litter box lines. New mold lead time: 15-20 days. Mold maintenance is in-house — no downtime waiting for outside vendors.
Injection molding
30+ injection molding machines running 24/7. ABS, PP, and food-grade plastic. Multi-color and over-molding capability.
Stainless steel forming
201 and 304 grade stamping, bending, deep drawing, and polishing. 200,000-unit monthly throughput on stainless lines alone.
Electronics assembly
For smart litter boxes: SMT placement, motor assembly, sensor calibration, firmware flashing, WiFi pairing tests.
Quality assurance
Dedicated QA floor with 12 inspectors. 100% functional test on every unit. Photo/video QC reports sent before shipment.
Packaging
5-layer kraft cartons in-house. Custom barcode labels, FBA-ready dimensions, FNSKU stickering available at $0.30/unit.

Book a factory visit
We host buyer visits weekly. The visit includes a workshop tour (mold → injection → assembly → QC → packaging), a meeting with the production manager, and a tasting of our product samples. We can arrange airport pickup from HKG or CAN.
Can't fly out? Schedule a live video tour instead. Our sales team walks you through the floor with a phone — you ask questions, we show whatever you want to see, including in-progress runs of your competitors' products (with their packaging blurred out, of course).
