Our quality process
Every unit that leaves our floor has been touched by at least three pairs of QA hands. For our category, defective product going through customs is too costly to gamble on AQL sampling — so we do 100% inspection instead.
1. Incoming material inspection
Every batch of raw stainless steel, ABS pellets, and electronics is checked before going into production. Steel certificates matched to PO. Plastic moisture content verified pre-injection.
2. In-process checks
Sampled inspection at injection molding, stamping, polishing, and assembly. Operators flag and quarantine anomalies in real-time.
3. 100% finished-product inspection
Every assembled unit goes through visual + functional QC. Smart units get full power-on test including sensor calibration and (where applicable) WiFi pairing.
4. Pre-shipment audit
Random pull from packed cartons. Photo and video records sent to the client before container loading. You sign off, we ship.
