Consultation
Quote request → 24-hour written response with pricing, MOQ, lead time. Optional: video call to align on spec.
Development
For OEM: CAD review → DFM feedback → tooling. For ODM: sample shipped within 7 days. Lock final spec in writing.
Production
30% deposit triggers production start. Photo / video QC reports sent at 50% and 100% completion. You approve before shipment.
Delivery
FOB / CIF / DDP / direct-to-FBA. We handle export docs, labeling, palletization. Tracking provided. Final 70% paid before B/L release.
FAQ — OEM / ODM specifics
Who owns the mold after production?
For OEM new-mold projects: you own the mold after the third production run (1,000 units cumulative). We store it free of charge for as long as you keep running orders. For ODM, the mold stays ours.
What IP protection do you offer?
Mutual NDA on request before any spec sharing. Your CAD files and product strategy stay confidential. We don’t produce competitor SKUs based on your designs. We can also sign customer-specific exclusivity agreements (preventing us from manufacturing the same SKU for any other party in your sales region).
Can you handle compliance testing (CE / FCC / FDA)?
We coordinate testing with partner labs (SGS, Bureau Veritas, TÜV). Cost is passed through at cost — typically $400-1,500 per certification. Lead time 2-4 weeks depending on lab. We hold valid REACH reports in-house already.
Smallest order with custom firmware / app?
1,000 units for white-label app. 500 units for custom firmware parameters (cleaning intervals, sensor thresholds). App development is $3,000-8,000 one-time depending on feature scope.
Payment terms?
Default: 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment. After 3 successful orders: Net 14 / Net 30 available based on order value. T/T preferred. Alibaba Trade Assurance accepted.
